1. You contact Creative Bronze Plaques and explain to us your requirements. Send an email, talk to us on the phone or visit our factory. Think about the size of plaque you need, the wording, have you seen a style that you like and whether you wish to add an embellishment such as a rose or graphic of an animal etc.

2. Our designers will produce a layout and send you a quote. Generally within 24 hours.

3. You look over the design, wording and exact spelling. This plaque will be around for hundreds of years so you want to get it right. We will change the proof as many times as it takes to ensure that you and your family have exactly what you want. Then you sign off the design and the order is placed.

4. We make a pattern of the plaque and cast in 85/5/5/5 Bronze in our own foundry. When it is cast we finish it, including painting, clear coating and machining. This manufacture process can take up to 4 weeks but normally we would ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Under urgency we have produced a plaque in only a few days see below.

5. We ship it to your location or you are welcome to pick up at our factory.

PRODUCTION SCHEDULE  (or "How long will it take?)

Our standard production schedule is to ship in 3-4 weeks (except custom sculpted bas relief's - such as a persons face). Some plaques on our standard schedule go out sooner.  If you have a short term unveiling date to meet tell us up front and we will meet your date. However plaques required to be produced in only a few days (less than a week) attact additional costs that must be passed on to our clients.
